Student Support

Keith Street School is proud to have teamed up with these organisations so we can offer the following to your learner:

• Fruit in Schools - fresh fruit in class daily for brain breaks

• Kids Can - Breakfast Club is run daily in the hall from 8.30 - 8.50am.

• Variety Kids - supports kiwi kids to access the basics. If you are interested in what they offer click here - our office administrator is a Variety Kids champion and can help you to submit your application.

Public Agency Support

We also work with the following agencies to provide support for whanau.

SWiS (Social Worker in Schools)

Our SWiS comes from Jigsaw Whanganui. You can contact them through the school office or by calling Jigsaw directly on 06 345 1636.

Public Health Nurse (PHN)

Our PHN calls in weekly. If you would like their support contact the school office or call the Public Health Centre on 06 348 1775.

WDHB Dental Service

The Dental Service caravan visits our school twice a year. If you need to make an appointment at other times call the service on 06 343 7138 or 0800 825 583 to arrange this.
